🔹 1. Time Frame
Products can only be exchanged within 7 days of purchase/delivery.
🔹 2. Product Condition
• Item must be unused, in good condition, and with original packaging/tags.
• Damaged or heavily used items will not be accepted.
🔹 3. Eligible Reasons
• Size issue
• Manufacturing defect
• Wrong item delivered
🔹 4. Exchange Method
• In-store customers: Can directly visit the outlet for exchange.
• Same-city customers (via rider): Rider service may be arranged for parcel exchange.
• Out-of-city customers: Customer must send the parcel back first. After verification, exchange will be processed.
🔹 5. Refund Policy
• No refund available. Only exchange is allowed in case of defect or valid issue.
🔹 6. Proof of Purchase
• Original invoice / order number must be provided for all exchanges.
🔹 7. Outlet Rights
• Outlet reserves the right to refuse exchange if product is returned in damaged or used condition.
